i find myself caving to the requests of my kids after football practice around 7:30pm to stop and get something to eat...meaning fast food! Not only is this expensive, but terribly bad for me and them...but i'm so worn out by then and still have to get them to bed and myself to work that i run out of energy and time. I would value any suggestions for fast fix meals or lite snacks that don't cost too much!
